Eliza is the most lovely example of a real live paradox. The Spicy side of her loves Curry, Red Lipstick and the Cure, while the soft English Yogi in her loves Bluebell woods in the Spring, being barefoot in nature and dark and stormy nights
bathed in a candle lit glow.
Eliza's world centers around her two bullies, and is passionate about her volunteer work with Blue Ridge Bull Terrier Rescue.
Nghi is passionate about many things- photography, film, getting out in nature, food and his yoga community.
Nghi has been teaching yoga for 10 years and before that his foundations were in the martial arts- Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido and Krav Maga, to name a few. A lot of what he teaches now is influenced by these disciplines. If you are looking for an interesting person to mix up conversation at a dinner party, we would suggest inviting Nghi.
Life has come full circle for Sukh. She started her career teaching back in 2003 and after sailing the high and low waves of marriage, motherhood, change of country - essential starting her entire life all over again - shes back to what she loves; teaching.
The Yoga Journey has enabled Sukh to step into her role as Yoga Teacher with a true sense of empathy + authenticity and aspires to her create a space where there`s no judgement. Sukh is the definition of strength, freedom, support
and acceptance of true self.
Ursula is our proud and fierce mama bear with an ethereal, empathetic fairy soul. She transcends the buzz terms of `self care' and `self love', embodying their ideals in their truest form.
In her private time Ursula can often be found with her head phones on, getting lost in the music and all the feels; eventually dancing around the room like no one is watching.
What Makes Ursula smile: its not a surprise that dancing and sunshine are high on her list, along with sharing the love of art and all things living with her daughter, Everly. But what makes her special is her surprising appreciation of horror movies, rocking out downtown in basement bars to her son, Ashton`s , Punk Band and learning about all things Japanese Anime with her daughter, Elle.
In younger years Cassandra
became a swimmer, a jogger,
a gym-rat for a hot minute and even dabbled in Tae Bo (hello 1994!) all in an effort to manage the stress of her perfectionist personality. The one discipline that truly resonated with her, following through her development years was her devotion to Yoga.
She credits her mother for giving her that very first Yoga VHS that kick-started her practice and ever since it has been Yoga 'every DAMN day'.

When not on her mat Cassandra can be found either reading, puttering in the kitchen or somewhere wandering outside.
Robert was searching for ways to cope during a period of challenge with mental health when he first discovered the Yoga Practice. He will be the first to admit he attended his first yoga class thinking it would be an "easy" fitness class because he was lazy. However he was shocked that the class kicked his butt! More importantly the feeling afterward was remarkable, not only physically but MENTALLY and he has been a devotee ever since.
Our gentle giant is now passionate about creating a safe space for his students to explore themselves and, in turn, find calm in the chaos around them.

Jennifer's classes focus on breath, balance and proper alignment. Using clear verbal prompts she is able to foster an inclusive environment where everyone is able to feel the benefit of their yoga practice, regardless of their level of ability or physical challenges.
Yoga for Children + Teens, Mobility and Meditation are all specializations that Jennifer has spent time diving deeper into and our Ritual Community now reaps the benefits of her knowledge during her accessible and welcoming classes.
When not at the Yogahouse you will find Jennifer on long walks outdoors with her dog, spending time with her husband and busy teenagers or hanging out with her friends over a glass of wine.

During our Family Yoga Classes Kat will set the foundations for a mindfulness practice and the basic yoga postures, while making sure FUN always takes center stage
Alli's teaching style has been
described as the epitome of "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde". Some of her classes embrace high energy and sweet sweat as you flow to the driving beat of her playlist while others are so deep, slow and restful that they have been dubbed "supervised nap parties". These nap parties are where her true passion lies.
Alli is on a campaign to get people to give themselves the permission to slow down, dig deeper into themselves and discover the very simple things that make them happy.
What makes Alli happy? Getting dirty in her garden or Jeep, afternoon naps and her two pugs Chunky and Nutz.
Wholebody Fitness offers women’s only FITcamp classes geared to getting you sweaty and stronger while always having some FUN. Exercise does not have to suck! Come build your strength with Kelly and Wholebody Fitness in a fully supported, inclusive environment.
