 Our Pilates classes are designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness from the inside out. We’ll focus on core engagement, alignment, and controlled movement, with exercises that challenge your muscles while keeping the pace approachable. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, this class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and more connected to your body. 


We recommend coming 2 or more times a week to notice the benefits. Our STRETCH Yoga classes are a great way to compliment the strength you build in Pilates with deep release

 Our Pilates SCULPT classes turn up the heat with dynamic, strength-driven movement that builds power, precision, and deep body awareness. Expect fiery core work, intentional alignment, and controlled sequences that challenge every major muscle group—while maintaining the mindful flow Pilates is known for. The pace is elevated, the energy is high, and the burn is real.


Whether you’re leveling up your practice or craving a full-body sculpt that leaves you feeling strong, toned, and unstoppable, this class delivers.


For best results, we recommend practicing 2+ times per week. Pairing SCULPT with our STRETCH Yoga classes is the perfect way to balance your strength training with deep release and recovery.

 Crew CRUSH combines fitness, strength training, and functional mobility — all wrapped up in the support of a strong, motivating community.


 In this 50-minute class, you’ll move through a dynamic warm-up, energizing circuits, and a satisfying stretch to finish. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, cardio intervals, and core work, using therabands, resistance bands, and light hand weights (all provided). You’ll leave feeling strong, energized, and ready to CRUSH life — on and off the mat!

 Think of this class as your go-to for building confidence on the mat. We’ll move through the basics at an easygoing pace, breaking things down so you feel good about your alignment and comfortable linking breath with movement. Expect a little bit of flow, a little bit of technique, and plenty of support along the way. 


Whether you’re brand new to yoga or just want to refresh the fundamentals, this class will leave you feeling steady, grounded, and ready for more.

Flow I is where the fundamentals start to come alive. We’ll link poses together in smooth, steady sequences, giving you a chance to explore strength, balance, and breath in motion. The pace is accessible but energizing — enough to build heat without feeling overwhelming. 


It’s a great next step if you’re ready to move beyond the basics or just want a flow that leaves you grounded, refreshed, and a little more connected to your body.

 Flow II turns things up a notch with more dynamic sequencing and playful challenges woven into your practice. You’ll move at a stronger pace, explore creative transitions, and deepen your connection to breath, balance, and strength. It’s designed for those who feel comfortable with the basics and are ready to expand their practice. 


Expect to leave energized, empowered, and inspired to keep exploring what’s possible on the mat.

YIN

 Yin is all about slowing down and giving your body (and mind) some much-needed space to soften. We’ll sink into long, gentle holds that target deep connective tissues, helping to release tension and improve mobility. The vibe is calm and meditative — perfect for balancing out a busy schedule or more active practices. 


Expect to leave feeling relaxed, restored, and a little lighter than when you walked in.

Your best day will start with this 45 minute morning Ritual. 


Together we move into those tight and restricted areas of the body, opening up through the use of breathwork, slow hatha asana and deep yin stretches. Giving ourselves the gift of silence and movement first thing in the morning not because we want to become the best version of ourselves, but because we recognize this person already exists. And they deserve this.

FEEL your way through a deeply restorative yoga flow designed to indulge with guided massage based asanas, gentle supportive touch and a blissful savasana enhanced with aromatherapy.


To keep the experience intimate, registration is capped at 12 students, allowing everyone to fully relax and enjoy all the FEELS. All levels are welcome, and participants can opt out of hands-on assists or massage-based adjustments if they prefer.

Unwind with a practice designed to feel like an indulgent treat for your body, mind and soul.


Beginning with slow, fluid movement to release the week and invite ease, you'll then completely melt into restorative postures supported by blankets, bolsters & eye pillows. As you sink deeper, the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls will wash over you, creating a sound bath to quiet the mind and elevate your energy. We’ll close this immersive experience with guided Yoga Nidra — a deeply restorative meditative journey often described as blissful “yogic sleep.”


Think of it as your Friday night reset: luxurious rest, radiant calm, and a touch of magic to begin your weekend.
