Three Ways to Move with Ritual Yogahouse
This is where the magic happens. Anyone who has experienced the energy that is created when we move and breathe together inside our Yogahouse will agree - there is nothing like it!
These classes are identified in our weekly schedule as either IN STUDIO or SEMI-PRIVATE
Our 'Live 2 Air' Classes are Hybrid with some students IN STUDIO and some joining ON ZOOM. However when you book a SEMI-PRIVATE Class the teacher is focused only on those in the room.
Students rolling out their mats from home are SEEN- our teachers know your names, take the time to get to know YOU and conversation within the virtual classroom is encouraged. We may be practicing alone at home but in Ritual's Virtual Studio we are practicing TOGETHER.

Some of these classes are hybrid, which means they will be streaming "Live 2 Air" from the Yogahouse, and with students.

Why do we RISE?
Your best day will start with this 45 minute morning Ritual. Together we move into those tight and restricted areas of the body, opening up through the use of breathwork, slow hatha asana and deep yin stretches. Giving ourselves the gift of silence and movement first thing in the morning not because we want to become the best version of ourselves, but because we recognize this person already exists. And they deserve this.

Monday to Friday at 6:15am ON ZOOM
This class is designed to open the body with gentle, slow, and traditional yoga postures and movements.

Flow-based classes tie breath to movement between individual postures. Focus will be on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in constant motion.

Advanced Energy Flow
This is an advanced level, vigorous, vinyasa flow class.. Open, cleanse, and energize through a series of postures systematically designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

Tues 7:30pm, Wed 6:15pm
This is the best class for those new to yoga. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries. Many long time students take Basics classes regularly because the pace of the class offers time for students to develop self awareness and refine their practice.

Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. Together with Larissa you will also work on those ‘mirror muscles’ – arms, bums and tummy - for a total body workout.

Pump up the Volume and Reset your Frequency during this 45 minute express class! Ab'Asanas was specifically developed to challenge the body’s midsection while rinsing out any tight muscles and stress. A Mashup of Vinyasa Flow and Pilates, guaranteed to make you sweat.

*Ritual Signature Class
A meditative, healing practice using passive, long-held floor poses. Yin yoga bypasses the muscles and allows you to nourish and strengthen the deeper tissues. Connective tissues, fascia, joints, ligaments, and bones receive gentle, low load stress. The poses are held between 2-5 minutes and the muscles stay passive in order to pass the stress on to the deeper tissues.
Each Yin pose is an opportunity to go inward and find an appropriate balance of effort and ease. It is a wonderful complement to an active (Yang/Flow) practice and a much needed tool for anyone who needs to unwind a tight body, mind, or heart. Yin is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Rest + Restore
Supervised Nap Party!
End your day with a slower practice, designed to ignite your para-sympathetic nervous system, preparing your mind and body for deep sleep.
REQUIRED PROPS: Dress in layers and bring a Yoga Mat, Bolster, Block and Blanket. Eye Pillow is suggested but not required

Work Week Wind Down
WIND DOWN and DE-STRESS after a hectic work week through a combination of Slow Flow, Restorative and Meditation practice. The format will be slightly different each week, however the results 100% the same- start your weekend with a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
Required Props: Yoga Mat, Block, Blanket + Bolster. Eye Pillow recommended but optional

Our Meditation Teachers will uniquely curate their practices to include a variety of meditation techniques week to week, including Mindfulness, Guided Visualization, Loving Kindness, Body Scans + Breathwork.

End your day with a slower practice, designed to ignite your para-sympathetic nervous system, preparing your mind and body for deep sleep. Opening with a gentle moving meditation and ending with a guided Yoga Nidra - a sleep based meditation technique practiced lying down in comfort to cultivate a feeling of peace and heal the mind, body and soul.
Recommended Props: a Bolster, a Block & Blanket

0 : Essentially a Supervised Nap Party
1 : Some Movement, but nothing more strenuous then you would have already encountered in your day
2 : Potentially could break a slight sweat
3: May want to head home to freshen up before your Dinner plans
