Teaching Style: I emphasize the power of breath and the importance of moving with love. My approach integrates intuitive movement with focus on Drishti (gaze), the rhythm of prana (breath), the stability of foundational asanas (poses), and the spice of tapas (heat).
Favorite Pose: ‘Superwoman’ - standing in your power. The idea of showing up for yourself and owning your decisions. Accepting yourself fully in all of your dimensions, in shadow and in light. Easier said than done, but a practice worth engaging in.
Yoga is my faith, and I have faith that every time I come to the mat, I will feel better

Teaching style: My classes incorporate core yoga poses that promote a healthy body and mind. My sequences are flowy and encourage the body to move through cyclic movements such as sun salutations, moon salutations or a more abstract and free flow movement. Closing each class with an extended savasana is key to my teaching style!
Can be often found: checking out new coffee and tea cafes in the city, or board game cafes! Basically I can always be found in some type of cafe, lol!

My Healthy Ritual: I always listen to and tune in with what my mind and body needs and then act accordingly. Some days it may be meditation and movement, others it’s eating poutine and chicken fingers while dancing to my favourite tunes! It’s all about balance.
