Teaching Style: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde - Some of my classes are basically supervised nap parties and others will kick your butt!
Favourite Pose: “Instant Maui”. This is a Restorative Pose developed by Judith Lasater to cool, calm and stimulate the parasympathetic side of the nervous system. It’s a 20-minute beach vacation for my body, mind and heart.
Can Often Be Found: Cooking, eating, or discussing what I am going to eat next
My Healthy Ritual: I wake up very early (5am) and start every day with gratitude, followed by breathwork, gentle movement and then finish with a Mindset Practice through 'Litethriive Wellness'. Committing to making the time each morning for this Daily Ritual allows me to start the day on my terms, when I am ready, as opposed to being "spit" into a day that is already happening to me.

My Healthy Ritual: I always listen to and tune in with what my mind and body needs and then act accordingly. Some days it may be meditation and movement, others it’s eating poutine and chicken fingers while dancing to my favourite tunes! It’s all about balance. Self care isn’t selfish. It’s Self preservation. It’s Self love.

Teaching Style: Rather like a mixed tape - Some rock, some roll, some slow and deep, some introspective, sometimes a new release and sometimes a rerelease. A yogic catalogue!

Teaching Style: Sometimes intense but often I like to slow down the sequences to feel each pose link with breath to be able to use the breath to help you open the tight places in your body!

Biggest Lesson of this Last Year: Two Handles: Which one will I use today?
I took part in the "Rise & Decide: 30 Day Challenge" with Litethriive Wellness this past May and realized that we always have a choice, the power & free will to make MAGIC happen. I guess it just all depends on whether we choose to keep hanging on, or let go and allow ourselves to choose "Grabbing onto the Other Handle".
My Healthy Ritual:
First thing I do: Wake up, Smile, Say "Thank You, I love You, I am Sorry, Please Forgive me, I love You, Thank You; For Today, This Breath, My Body, My Heart, My Family + Friends & my LIFE" and then I dance with The Minions! (my cats)

Wholebody Fitness offers women’s only FITcamp classes geared to getting you sweaty and stronger while always having some FUN. Exercise does not have to suck! Come build your strength with Kelly and Wholebody Fitness in a fully supported, inclusive environment.

No SUP experience necessary - All levels are welcome!

As of September 22, 2021, Students will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access our Yogahouse.
