Ritual's Pilates classes are designed to strengthen your core muscles, lengthen and balance your body, and tone + sculpt your BLT - Bum, Legs and Thighs. These classes will get your heart rate up, have you breaking a sweat and leave you feeling the burn.
We recommend coming 2 or more times a week to notice the benefits. Our yoga classes are a great way to compliment the strength you build in Pilates with deep stretching.

During each class you'll be guided through a dynamic warm-up, a series of circuits and a stretchy cool down. Engage in a diverse range of exercises that include bodyweight movements resistance training, cardio intervals and core work while utilizing therabands, resistance bands and 3lb, - 10lb hand weights (all provided).

Ab'Asana* is a Ritual Signature Class, specifically developed to challenge the body’s midsection while rinsing out any tight muscles and stress. A crazy mashup of Pilates, a retro 80's workout and Vinyasa Yoga - this class is guaranteed to make you sweat... and LAUGH!
On Saturdays we add a 15 minute dose of "Chill" at the end to smooth things out before sending you off into the best weekend ever!

This class combines both strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body.
Students will experience an invigorating movement practice combined with a more passive practice that includes long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind.
Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Your best day will start with this 45 minute morning Ritual.
Together we move into those tight and restricted areas of the body, opening up through the use of breathwork, slow hatha asana and deep yin stretches. Giving ourselves the gift of silence and movement first thing in the morning not because we want to become the best version of ourselves, but because we recognize this person already exists. And they deserve this.

This class is Slow to CHILL's slightly spicier sister and the perfect way to shift stubborn and stagnate stress through the body during a busy week.
The practice starts with flowy sequences and sun salutations to open up the energy channels in our bodies. Once the body is warmed and muscles primed to release - we'll spend the second half of the class surrendering to the deepest and most blissful of C H I L L . All levels welcome.

FEEL your way through a yoga flow designed to indulge with guided massage based asanas, gentle supportive touch and a savasana that includes a blissful aromatherapy experience.
Registration will be capped at 10 to ensure each student receives 'all the feels'. All levels welcome.
**Participants registering for this class will be able to opt out of the massage based adjustments and hands on assists of they are not comfortable that day.
THURS: All the FEELS 75 at 5:30pm in STUDIO
As Flow to CHILL's slower and more deliberate moving sister; this class is a beautiful balance that starts with slow movement and deep stretches. During this 60 minute practice, the teacher will guide you through a fluid and unique sequence that focuses on calming the mind while down regulating the nervous system.
Once your muscles are warmed, you'll transition into the sweet surrender of Yoga Nidra, a sleep based guided meditation. Practiced laying down with the use of props to allow your mind and body to completely let go. All levels welcome.
FRI: Slow to CHILL 60 at 6:00pm in STUDIO
Deepest CHILL is the oldest sister in our series of CHILL classes, and some may say she is also the wisest.
This practice slows things waaaaaaaaaay down to basically a crawl as the teacher guides you through long held poses, supported by multiple props, while you cocoon under blankets - your nervous system has never gone this DEEP in a yoga class before.
Please dress comfortably, and in layers, for this 'supervised nap party'. We won't even look twice you if you decide to show up in your PJ's, all ready to simply float home to bed afterwards. All levels welcome.

Three Ways to Move with Ritual Yogahouse
This is where the magic happens. Anyone who has experienced the energy that is created when we move and breathe together inside our Yogahouse will agree - there is nothing like it!
