Let the energy in the room fuel your flow as you move through this Playlist Powered class. Focus will be on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in constant motion.
New to Yoga, rehabbing an injury or looking for an opportunity to work on specific poses and form? Check out Jenn's Monday Night Class at 7pm as it is specifically designed to welcome newbies into a judgement free space; welcoming to every level of ability.

Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. Together we will work on those ‘mirror muscles’ – arms, bums and tummy - for a total body workout.
We recommend coming 2 or more times a week to notice the benefits. Our yoga classes are a great way to compliment the strength you build in Pilates with deep stretching.

This class is accessible to all levels however a yoga background would be considered an asset.

FEEL your way through a yoga flow designed to indulge with guided massage based asanas, gentle supportive touch and a savasana that includes a blissful aromatherapy experience.
Registration will be capped at 8 to ensure each student receives 'all the feels'. All levels welcome.
**Participants registering for this class will be able to opt out of the massage based adjustments and hands on assists of they are not comfortable that day.

This class will be an exhilarating full body workout experience that will leave you feeling strong, energized and ready to conquer your day. The class is designed to target major muscle groups combining a variety of exercises to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
During each class Jessica will guide you through a dynamic warm-up, a series of circuits and a stretching cool down. You’ll engage in a diverse range of exercise variations that include bodyweight movements, resistance training, cardio intervals and core work. We will work with therabands, booty bands and 3lb weights (all provided) however feel free to bring your own hand weights if you want to work with something a bit heavier.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this class is adaptable to all fitness levels. We will provide a supportive and motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and progress at your own pace.

This class combines both strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body.
Students will experience an invigorating movement practice combined with a more passive practice that includes long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind.
Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

The class is a beautiful balance that starts with a slow and flowy practice matching movement and breath, heart with lungs. Your teacher will create a fluid and unique sequence that focuses on calming the mind and the nervous system.
Once you are warmed and muscles primed, you will transition into the sweet surrender of Yoga Nidra, a sleep based guided meditation. Practiced laying down with the use of props to allow your mind and body to completely let go. All levels welcome.

Ab'Asana* was specifically developed by rYh founder alli to challenge the body’s midsection while rinsing out any tight muscles and stress. A Mashup of Vinyasa Flow, Pilates and Barre, guaranteed to make you sweat.
On Saturdays we add a 15 minute dose of "Chill" at the end to smooth things out before sending you off into the best weekend ever!

Your best day will start with this 45 minute morning Ritual.
Together we move into those tight and restricted areas of the body, opening up through the use of breathwork, slow hatha asana and deep yin stretches. Giving ourselves the gift of silence and movement first thing in the morning not because we want to become the best version of ourselves, but because we recognize this person already exists. And they deserve this.
