0 : Essentially a Supervised Nap Party
1 : Some Movement, but nothing more strenuous then you would have already encountered in your day
2 : Potentially could break a slight sweat
3: May want to head home to freshen up before your Dinner plans

A great place to start for those new to Yoga, this indoor class will provide a welcoming and safe space to lay down the foundations of your Yoga Practice.
This vinyasa based class will include flows that increase in intensity each week, introducing new postures to improve your flexibility, balance and connection to breath.
Jenn will encourage you to expand your comfort zone and bring a sense of fun and acceptance to your practice.
EVERY MONDAY NIGHT, 7:30PM. This class is a Hybrid format with some students joining on ZOOM and some students joining IN STUDIO.
