Because we are constantly surrounded by noise; TV, texts, the internet, music, meaningless small talk, our thinking... so we cultivate silence every morning. We sit in it, bask in it, wrap it around ourselves... then wherever the day takes us, the people we meet are the beneficiaries of our having taken that time- they get the real us, not someone shaped and altered by the noise around us.*
Your best day will start with this 45 minute morning Ritual. Together we move into those tight and restricted areas of the body, opening up through the use of breathwork, slow hatha asana and deep yin stretches. Giving ourselves the gift of silence and movement first thing in the morning not because we want to become the best version of ourselves, but because we recognize this person already exists. And they deserve this.

Rise 45 has been a game changer for me. It sets me up for the best day possible both physically and spiritually. My favourites are Happy Hips Tuesdays and Feel Good Fridays. You won't regret getting out of bed to give yourself this gift.
I joined the Breakfast Club on September 25, 2020! This class has been a lifesaver for me; stopping my body’s deterioration from sitting all day long, improving my flexibility, mobility and energy. The live virtual format is really the best of both worlds - I can roll out of bed and be in class in 5 minutes, and the live instructor and participants add an element of accountability and variety - you’re missed if you don’t show up and every class is different. Plus, I’ve now got a new wardrobe category: yoga-jams!
The Rise classes are my favourite. Yes it’s early, yes it’s sometimes hard to get out of bed, but I’m never disappointed at how I feel afterwards. Even online I feel engaged with the group, and feel a part of something special.
I love the Rise class to start my day! It's "me" time and the only time I can truly focus on myself before I'm "spit" into the day as Alli says. I’ve been doing Rise for 12 months now and try to make every class Monday to Friday. I love that we focus on all parts of the body and by the end of the week nothing is left out. There’s plenty of mix to keep things interesting. Above and beyond there is a community connection. You don’t need to talk to be a part of it. Just listen, smile and feel the love.
I've just started the Rise club as a way to kick start my day with mindfulness and to combat Covid stress. It has been a wonderful experience, skilled instructors, clear cueing, and thoughtful structure to the class. Excellent
I've been a member for a year. Love this class. It's a gentle way to stretch and breathe and spend 45 mins just for yourself. Alli and her staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend.
