YOGAHOUSE RULES

1) Registration for classes close 60 minutes prior to class. 

2) LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class starting. Once class commences the front door will be locked and late admittance will no longer be permitted. Additionally our NO SHOW PENALTY will apply (outlined below)

3) LATE CANCEL: Canceling within 3 hours of class commencing constitutes a LATE CANCEL and a penalty will apply. Should you cancel within 3 hours of class, and you're a Class Pass Holder then 1 Class Pass will be deducted from your account. If you hold a Monthly Membership then a $15.00 'LATE CANCELATION PENALTY' will be applied to your account.

4) NO SHOW: If you're no longer able to attend a class you're registered for and you do not cancel your spot this constitutes a NO SHOW and a penalty will apply. If you're a Class Pass Holder then 1 Class Pass will be deducted from your account and you will be charged a $15.00 'No Show Penalty'. If you hold a Monthly Membership then a $15.00 'NO SHOW PENALTY' will be applied to your account.

5) WAITLIST: If a class is full we recommend joining the waitlist as there is always a lot of movement the day of class. As other students cancel their spot, our system will let in those waiting one-by-one, in the order that they've joined the list. You'll be notified by your preferred method of communication as identified in your profile - so keep your eyes peeled! If your first on the waitlist then you will be the first let into class when a spot becomes available! For this reason, if you find you're no longer able to attend class, please un-register yourself for class right away - failure to unregister before that 3 hour cut-off ties up our system for those in line after you, and will result in a 'LATE CANCELATION PENALTY'. (outlined above)

6) Please ensure your cell phone - ringer, notifications and alarms - have been silenced. Please stash your cell phone, along with any personal items, in our cubbys outside of the practice space.

7)  ALL CLASSES MUST BE REGISTERED AND PAID IN ADVANCE. ONLY VISA, MASTERCARD AND E-TRANSFER WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RITUAL RETAIL PURCHASES. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON PREMISE.

8) Our Liability Waiver has been updated on Mindbody. Please visit your account to review and accept prior to attending class.

9) Please do not come to the studio if you're feeling unwell.

10) Ritual Yogahouse is an inclusive and safe Community and we reserve the right to terminate our relationship, without refund,  with any member we feel does not act in accordance with our ethical beliefs or Yogahouse Foundational Bricks; Community, Connection and Conscious Living
