We love to move at a slower pace in January when the days are shorter and the weather is chilly , but towards the middle of February we start to get that itch to get moving again - ITS TIME TO REBOOT! Get outside, fill our lungs with fresh air and move our bodies!

Meet Jenn and Alli at the Yogahouse, where we'll start with a 5 minute stretch, before heading out together into Etobicoke Creek Trail. Runners (and those runners in training) can move ahead with Alli and Jenn will keep a quick pace for the walkers.
This is a 10 week program, with the last Sunday falling on May 5th - just in time for anyone who's training to walk or run one of the spring races.
